Katie CARSON

Katie Carson is an American beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Ohio Teen Volunteer 2027 in August 2026. She earned the state title at the McCoy Center for the Arts in New Albany, Ohio, after previously representing her region as Miss Portsmouth Teen Volunteer. 

Biography

• Hometown: She is from Columbus, Ohio. 

• Education: She is a student at The Ohio State University (OSU), where she is committed to the main campus. She is majoring in Journalism with future plans to attend law school and work as a broadcast journalist. 

• Talents: She is a vocalist and musician who enjoys singing.

Pageant Career

• Pageantry Success: She was crowned Miss Ohio Teen Volunteer 2027 on August 15, 2026. She previously excelled in national pageant systems, holding two separate international titles earlier in her life. She was crowned International Cameo Girl Winner (18+ Division) at the International Cinderella Pageant in July 2025.

• Advocacy & Platform: She utilizes her platform to host a series called "The Ohio Minute," a media project where she travels across the state educating the public about local history and community programs. She also works extensively on civic engagement and voter education platforms like Vote With Voice.
