Biography
Born and based in Nicaragua, Alexander Montiel founded the Teen Universe International Pageant in 2011. The inaugural event took place in Managua in 2012 with 12 global contestants. Over the last decade and a half, Montiel has expanded the platform significantly, growing the competition to host up to 70 international delegates per edition.
Under his leadership, the organization has held world finals in countries like Nicaragua, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Spain, and the Dominican Republic. Beyond his global executive role, he also manages Teen Universe Nicaragua and the Nicaragua Fashion Show, establishing himself as a core figure in Latin American pageantry and fashion event management.
