MGI All Stars is a specialized spin-off and elite concept affiliated with the Miss Grand International organization. Founded by Thai media mogul Nawat Itsaragrisil, the Miss Grand brand emerged in 2013 and rapidly established itself as one of the most dynamic and commercially successful international beauty pageants in the world.

MGI All Stars was introduced on December 4, 2025, as an additional competition separate from the annual Miss Grand International edition. The competition is open to women and trans women between 20 and 40 years old, whether single, married, or mothers, as long as they have joined an international pageant before.
The 'All Stars' format brings together top-tier alumni, veteran delegates, and standout fan favorites from previous national and international editions to compete at the highest level of performance, production, and showmanship. Built around the organization's core mantra of 'Stop the War and Violence' as well as their modern business model, the competition emphasizes high-energy entertainment, strong digital marketing appeal, and exceptional stage presence.
The Miss Grand International organization announced that the winner will receive the All Stars Crown along with a cash prize ranging from 100,000 to US$1,000,000. The All Stars edition is intended to serve multiple purposes, including the recognition of returning contestants for the experience and development gained since their previous participation. Format
As of its announcement, participation is open to former queens from any national or international pageant.[1] MGI has not yet published complete judging criteria, or the official competition format.[13] It remains unconfirmed whether the winner of MGI All Stars will integrate into the main Miss Grand International cycle. One contestant will be crowned MGI All Stars 2026. As the title is distinct from the main Miss Grand International crown, the winner is not expected to succeed Emma Tiglao of the Philippines, who won Miss Grand International 2025 in October.
In preliminary day, first day will be the swimsuit and evening gown preliminaries. The second day will be all about cocktail dresses and bare faces. And final day the Top 25 will be named, followed by the Top 10. The Top 5 will take part in the question and answer portion.
