Rising from the Ashes: Fie Rose Lindegaard Crowned Miss Universe Denmark 2026

The road to the Miss Universe crown is often paved with glitz and glamour, but for Fie Rose Lindegaard, the newly crowned Miss Universe Denmark 2026, the journey has been one of profound resilience, transformation, and undeniable triumph. On August 9, 2026, at the H15 Studio & Scene in Copenhagen, the 27-year-old entrepreneur captured the hearts of the judges and secured her ticket to Puerto Rico for the 75th edition of Miss Universe. 

Lindegaard’s victory at the third standalone Miss Universe Denmark pageant marks a deeply emotional milestone. Taking to Instagram shortly after her crowning, an overwhelmed Lindegaard shared her gratitude: "I can hardly believe I am writing these words. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude, joy, and pride for all the hard work that has led me here... Next stop is Miss Universe in Puerto Rico!"

Hailing originally from Herfølge, Lindegaard’s biography is a testament to overcoming adversity. In 2017, she survived a severe mental health crisis and a suicide attempt. Today, she stands on a national stage not just as a beauty queen, but as a beacon of hope and a powerful advocate for mental health awareness. Her transformation from a vulnerable young woman to a confident, empowered representative is exactly the kind of authentic, transformational story that resonates profoundly with the modern Miss Universe organization.

Since those dark days, Lindegaard has built a beautiful life. She became a Miss World Denmark finalist in 2018, traveled the world—from India to Italy—and found love, getting engaged to Benjamin Mann-Nakel in 2022.
