A. Collecte & Utilisation via NOVA (DataLab)

House of Crowns uses predictive artificial intelligence (NOVA) coupled with our module Crown DataLab. By creating an account (Guardian, Candidate, or Juror), you agree to have your public data—including track record, ratings (via Crown Cast), and statistics—anonymized and integrated into our analysis clusters to improve our algorithmic predictive models.

In accordance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your digital identity. Any request to extract or purge your data can be made via the "Support & Requests" module in your personal Vault..

Access to premium modules (Crown HQ B2B, Crown Scout Pro/Elite, Crown Cast Director) is subject to paid accreditations (subscriptions or purchases of "Crowns").").

• Billing: Subscriptions (Pass Pro, Pass Elite) are billed on a recurring basis. Any month started is due.
• Bailiff Core & Votes Live : Use of the live voting engine (Crown Cast) by committees implies acceptance of our security protocols. House of Crowns provides the software infrastructure (Software as a Service) but cannot be held legally liable for hardware failures (such as venue Wi-Fi outages or faulty tablets) on the night of the event.
